The continental breakfast is savoury with fruit, Asian dishes and pastries. The location is marvellous and lovely, 2 miles from Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Must say thank you, will be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed the family suite I was given, it had a beautiful balcony and a safe box. A roll-in shower in the private bathroom was a plus. The venue was in a central location very close to the shopping area, and Very close to the market.

Lovely staff throughout our stay. Amazing location in Hoan Kiem district not far from including rervation for trips and Halong bay and Sapa trekking with excellent service. Also, to old quarters.
Internet connection was terrible.

Our breakfasts were savoury with local and western food. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, for example, Old Quarter was relatively close to the hotel. It was set next to restaurants and eateries.

The location in the middle of Hanoi. 15 minutes walk to a modern museum. Fantastic view at city and well-kept room. Continental breakfast catered for guests.
Beds were a little hard.

I stayed at a hotel in the heart of the old quarter with a great location for exploring Hanoi. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and were genuinely interested in making my stay a good one. They even helped me book an amazing tour of Halong Bay. The room was spacious and clean, and the buffet breakfast was perfect to start my day.
Felt privileged, no complaints.
